3 days on Mont Lozère
Three days of fitness to recharge the batteries!
Walk to the top of Finiels, discovery of villages, alternating with initiations Qi gong, yoga, stretching, relaxation and Spa Bagnols les Bains to complete your stay.
- Dates: This program can be made for groups formed from 4 people.
- Appointment: 8:30 at the hotel " Le Refuge "Mont Lozère (follow signs for the ski resort of Mont Lozère , then left on the car park).
- Group: 4 to 8 people.
- Level suitable for all ages. You feel more on top of your form, you want a change of scenery. This formula hikes and gentle techniques will allow you to restore your health gently, in an exceptional setting! (4 to 5 hour walk, spread over the day)
The Program:
Day 1:
- 9:30: Hiking and Qi Gong daily, Descent to the Bleymard, visit the village, craft shop, towards the Alpiers.
- 12: Picnic at Alpiers local products.
- 14h: digestive stroll to the village of the cup and return to Mont Lozère in a mini bus.
- 16h00/30: Yoga, relaxation at the Dojo.
- 20:00: Traditional meal "the aligot"
Day 2:
- 9:30: Departure day hike south slope of Mt Lozère, Qi Gong daily on the ridges and picnic in the former estate of the Knights of Malta.
After a short nap we will take the path towards where we welcome Christiane Villeneuve, Jean Claude and Eugene Molines on the family farm. Stretching.
Meals and overnight at the farm.
Day 3:
- 9: After a good breakfast farmer walking toward the bridge above Montvert Protestant stronghold.
Last picnic on the banks of the Tarn. - 13h30: Back to the Mont Lozère.
- 14h: Departure for the fitness area of Bagnols baths.
- End of Stay: Saturday at 17:30
Practical information:
- The resort of Mont Lozère is 7 kms from the village of Bleymard, where you will find some shops: grocery, bakery, butcher, distributor CB, post office, craft shop.
- Possibility of organizing shuttles to the main stations or Villefort Mende (€ 17 per person) only on request from Loz'air hike.
- Equipment: Walking shoes, warm clothing arctic windproof or waterproof raincoat, hiking backpack, comfortable (30/35 liters), down and down towel, water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses , suitable clothing and flexible for the gym, swimsuit and towel, towel down, small personal pharmacy.
