HER: ... His career is not trivial. This former circus performer turns back esthetician in Paris, then passes a diploma trades form in Nantes before arriving in Lozere in 1992. Accompanist in a holiday center in Mont Lozere sports, she supervises multi-activity courses, hiking, fitness, soft gym, jogging, orienteering, mountain biking, hiking raids, mountain biking and cycling in summer. In 1997, she worked in the new fitness area of Bagnols les Bains on reception hydrotherapy and aqua aerobics.
Since 1998, it operates, always at Mt Lozere, but around a concept more focused on soft disciplines, between walking and fitness.
In a society where stress is ubiquitous, it seems essential to allow time to relax elsewhere, find themselves outside the workplace or family.
From this observation, Myriam is now offering a unique product. It combines a classic format (hiking and the spa treatments), introductions to soft techniques: QI gong (Chinese energy art), stretching, yoga, massage and relaxation, in search of well-being through movement, the contact massage, breath work and energy.
HIM: Passionate endurance sports has always been, Claude, native Lozère, accompanied for 20 years the nature lovers. He made his debut as a ski instructor skiing in a resort in Mont Lozere sports (Nordic raids and traditional course). From 1986 to 1989, responsible for the outbreak of the Goulet skiing (maintenance, grooming and ski lessons) aider and tracker Nordic Station Mont Lozère winter, he became leader and accompanist for the summer the mayor of Bagnols les Bains.
From 1993, he frames the raids were hiking, biking, running, in the Vanoise National Park, and teaches skiing in the winter.
This native son has not followed the path of his farmer father.
