2 to 5 days to discover the Mont Lozère in the Cévennes National Park.
A foot or joëlette, we propose this formula available to all hiking together to discover the Mont Lozère, the upper valley of the Lot.
We invite you to share your ride in groups of minimum 4 persons (family, friends, with an association etc ...)
We trek star, around the heel of Combette. Anita Klein Felix and we welcome the Combette in a friendly atmosphere.
Highlights: The Bleymard and the surrounding villages, the sources of the Lot, the top of Finiels. This trip is quite suitable for disabled people or Joëlette for disabled, you ask.
- 2010 Dates: July 5 to 8
- Appointment: 10 am "The Combette" in St John's Bleymard 1km from the village of Bleymard.
- Group: Group formed family, friend or organization etc. .. 4 people minimum.
- Level: Hikes are open to all 4-6 hours of walking spread over the day. Good for the wearer in joëlette.
The Program
J1
- 10: Home of the lodging Combettes.
- 12: Dinner at the Shed (Bleymard).
- 14h: Departure from Bleymard, the hamlet of Cayre, the Mazel, the four paths, Lozerette, Cubières, Neyrac the Bleymard.
J2
- 9am: Drive to the bridge of the Lot (including personal vehicles).
Towards the sources of the Lot, Picnic in the local village Alpiers, back to St John Goulet of the forest, through the cap.
Night at the Combette
J3
- 8 am: Depart for Sauveterre plateau (with personal vehicle).
Arrival at the village of Sauveterre or Boissets for a short hike after the picnic, we will visit the medieval village of St Enimie.

- 9am: Drive to the south side of Mont Lozère, visit the high altitude villages, ancient domain of the Knights of Malta. (With personal vehicle).

- 8:30: Depart for St John's Bleymard station Finiels climb the summit of Mont Lozère highlight of 1700 m above sea level. (With personal vehicle).

Practical information
- Possibility of organizing shuttles to train stations or Villefort Mende (approximately 17 € per person) on request from Loz'air Hiking.
- Shops near the hotel (supermarket, cash point withdrawal, tobacco papers, bakery, craft shop).
- Accommodation: camping cottage, guest house or cottage suitable.
- Equipment: Walking shoes, warm clothing arctic windproof raincoat or cape depluie, hiking backpack, comfortable (30/35 liters), water bottle, sunscreen, sunglasses, suitable clothing and flexible for gym sessions, swimsuit and towel, small personal pharmacy.
- Ticket prices: from 250 € / pers. joëlette driver (requires good physical condition, not serious refrain) 550 € / pers joëlette hikers. € 430 including all taxes / pers hiker simple. Discounts for groups of 10 people.
- The price includes: Supervision by a mountain guide holder of the rating disability sport, accommodation in half board in a suitable lodging, picnicking.
- Not included: Your journey to / from your personal insurance, beverages, routes of approach (with personal vehicle).,.
