3 days and 2 nights on the Mont Lozère in the park of the Cevennes.
Run and find the star, the Cevennes National Park and its surroundings, with a professional mountain and running. Enjoy a breath of fresh air at an average altitude of 1400m. Highlights: the line of railway picturesque Montbel plain, crossing the Mont Lozère, the sources of the Lot.
Day by day
Day 1: Step: The Narrows, Mont Lozère
Ascent: + 100 to 120m, from 15 to 20 kms
Morning: physical assessment test on easy terrain.
Afternoon: Transport by minibus south side of Goulet, a loop around the forest source of the Lot.
Stretching outdoor or indoor, back by minibus.
Day 2: Step: "The road to rail"
Ascent: + 50 m, from 15 to 20 kms
Transport by minibus to Belvezet. Circuit easy on the plain of Montbel. Three hours of running distributed over the day, picnic in the hamlet of La Prade, stretching on the spot.
Return by minibus
Dinner tradition "aligot"
Day 3: Step: "Crossing the Mont Lozère"
Ascent: + 170 m, from 18 to 20 kms
Departure to north / west of Mount Lozère, via the route of Unemployed, picnic in the forest of Laubies, bogs of Sagnes, down to the village of Auriac, return to the "refuge" in a minibus.

Level: You are at least two times a week, you participate regularly in sports or more, you want to prepare for a raid, come develop your endurance capital through the wide open spaces Lozère.

The price includes: management, board and lodging accommodation at the "Refuge", picnics, public transport minibus.
Not included: Travel to / from, your drinks and your individual insurance, possibly the single supplement to the hotel.

Shops in Bleymard Restaurants, supermarket with DAB and internet connection, craft shop, bar, tobacco, bakery, butcher.
Equipment to provide
Running shoes, trail or not, but with a minimum of cleats (allow 1 extra pair ...), tights, running shorts, sweatshirts or polar fine art T-shirt (type micro fiber), windbreaker, hat, headband, a pair of thin gloves, water bottle or camelbag, small backpack (10-15 liters), down sheet or sleeping bag, sunglasses, sunscreen, a bathing suit.
Accommodation: the hotel, cottage, farm, bed and breakfast or choice as teepee depending on your budget.
